This is for all the art glass collectors on Show & Tell, especially the ones who are into Czech and Bohemian glass. These pieces are from Joe Mattis, who has a shop called the Black Swan. Probably most of you already know about him?

no he sells at brimfield and miami. large collector and picker of american imported czech glass. joe mattis = Black Swan
Thanks for the info...I had met him years back at a columbus antique show...but during my not collecting period...I forgot all about him.
Joe was often at the antique extravaganza "Renningers" in Mount Dora Fl, many years ago. It was through him I started building my collection. I use to look forward to seeing him once every year to buy two or three pieces from him way before ebay; as soon as I got to Renningers, I had to see him first, I could not wait to see what he had. To this day I have not seen him, nor made any contact with him; he seems to be elusive where it comes to his whereabouts. It would be great to show Joe my collection of over 260 Czech pieces alone, since the start of my of my collection of just one piece before I met him.
