american lafrance fire extinguisher

sorry the pics are not the best but its an american lafrance fire extinguisher. the first pic says c.m. stprr on top. the only information i found on this was that they made railway things. on the top it has a number 10 67. next to the c.m stprr it has also another number 62733. i was wondering what year it was and the value range. i know it got recharged in 1960 so i know its older than that. thanks i would really appreciate any info as i havent really found any info on this
