    After winning awards in Paris in 1889 for his metallic glazes, Clement Massier sets out to produce some of the finest Art Nouveau Art Pottery ever made by his family. Here is one simple example. I was drawn to this piece because it reminded me of some of the transitional work done by Zsolnay

      Jacques Sicard of Weller studied with Massier and may have returned to work with him around 1908

      Hi famatta, what a wonerful vase. I'd not come across metallic glazes until recently. May I ask you have a quick look at this for me, i wonder if you'd come across the signature before or know how old it likely is?
