This small uniform belonged to my grandfather when he was young and then to my father when he was young. Now I have it and I want to know more about it! The jacket is only about 1' across, the whole uniform is to scale and fits about a 2-3 year old.
The first picture is of the whole uniform.
The second picture is of the shoulder patch (I think it's an Air Corps patch.)
**My Great Grandfather, my grandfather's father, was in the Air Corps in WWII**
The third picture is of the patch above the right breast pocket. (I'm unsure of what this patch is/means.)
The fourth picture is of the inside of the jacket. It reads...
"P.J. McCORMICK / 00712-4"
Paul Joseph McCormick is my great grandfather's name and my grandfather's name. What do these numbers mean?
I'm hoping you Military & Wartime experts can help me out!
Nice WW2 child's uniform.
Mom or Dad did a great job in adding the patch and honorable discharge patch to mimic your G- Grandfather's actual uniform!
Do have any snapshots of the uniform being worn?
Thanks for sharing.

I just noticed the wings on his chest-- post a blow up of the wings and I can provide some more information.
They appear to be shirt sized wings, but I cannot see the type from your images.

Just Appraised at $100. It wouldn't be worth as much if it were separated from my family!
