      Based on what I see with the lens mount design (flat bottom vs. curved), I wonder if you really have a No.3 as opposed to a No.3A (open the back and take a look). The No.3 was made from April 1900 to 1916 with a run of over 288,000. Model F appeared in November 1909. Your particular lenboard design shows up in catalogues from 1910 to 1912; after which there was a subtle design change in 1913. With the Ball Bearing shutter and normal lens (i.e. Rapid Rectilinear), the camera sold for $17.50 in 1910. Instruction books appear from time-to-time on eBay.
