Does this piece have any monetary or collectible value? All comments are appreciated. If you need me to post a more detailed picture such that necessary aspects and lettering on the piece can be better seen please specify.
No idea what material this is made of although the edges act (reflect) the same way the sunlight as does gold.

Are you sure this is a bracelet? Seems awfully small, or you have large hands. Is it solid all the way around or is it a cuff? I would have guessed a napkin ring.
