No,, it's not a crack it's a piece of glass attached from side to side on the inside of the bottle. I've heard it called a canary swing or bird swing before. There's no cracks or flaws to the outside of the bottle

I collect bottles and no, I do not think this is worth over $5. It's probably worth at least $1.50 to $2. I have over 67 different coke bottles, and that's one of the most common. Even with the imperfection, it's not the valuble.
