Old phoenix knife, lead handle Phoenician Origins

Old phoenix knife. Looks very old. Shows usage on handle. It has rub marks like it was pulled in and out of a sash or something. Sun rays over birds head is symbol of the Phoenix. Also has fiery young Phoenix rising above on handle. Handle is made of lead. Any information on this type of knife would be appreciated.
