This clear glass square bottle measures 2 1/2" tall by 2 1/4" wide. The bottom square measures 9" (going up to top) 7", 5' & 3" (tl. 4 squares).
On the neck of the bottle is a gold tone label with the name "NARCISSUS" in black. On the smaller gold tone label in front is the name "SPENCER" and "SOUTH BEND". (unfortunately label is torn).
Has two seams each on all four sides of bottle up to but before neck of bottle. However it does look like it has two seams on top of lip.
Missing stopper. Anyone know where I can get one?
On the base is embossed with a capital "L" with a small "c" on top of the L., and has the #2 underneath that. Does anyone know what the lettering means?
what an awesome bottle! I will keep my eye out for you if I come across any info on this one.
Hi Flowerrose,
Thank you. I would appreciate that very much! I have some more perfume bottles that I can't seem to find any information on (mostly miniatures) that I had bought at a estate (20 some years ago). Maybe you can help me out on them? Right now I am in the process of first getting a camera that takes better pictures. Have a Great Day! Thanks again Kathy
Once again, I love this bottle. Perhaps one day soon someone will be able to solve the mytery. : )
Thank you ALL for the Love.
Thank you miKkoChristmas11, for the love. Yes, it would be nice to find out more about it. I had search on and off for a long time and had no luck.
