This is a necklace that my grandmother gave me, it was in her grandmother's jewelry box. She thought it belonged to an old uncle who was a priest, but I'm not sure. We don't know who it belonged to, for sure.
The chain is only 14 in. long. The cross is .75 in tall x .5 in wide. It's very small and it was difficult to get a good picture of.
On the cross, I just found that it says 'S & C.' I think this is the maker's mark and I've found that 'Sarah Coventry' Jewelry had this maker's mark from 1950-1953. It would definitely not fit an adult, it was probably worn by a child (or I suppose a very small woman).
Any help that anyone can give will be largely appreciated...
Just Found This... It looks just like this!
