The Ruberg-Futuro is a simple but stylish camera, made circa 1933 in Germany, by Ruberg & Renner.
    It's a dual-format camera, capable of 3x4cm or 4x6.5cm exposures on 127 rollfilm.

The camera is made of metal and has a helical telescoping lens tube with a cool feature: When you twist the lens tube all the way out, the sports finder pops open automatically via the little actuator button seen behind the finder.

The Ruberg-Futuro was available with a black crackle finish, as well as this "marbelized" red enamel finish. These red Rubergs don't come up for sale very often, and when they do, the enamel is invariably chipped. This one is certainly the nicest example I've ever seen.

This might not be an early wooden camera, but you have to admire its cuteness and color. Very nice.
