Found this in a box of items. I have had it for years and bring it out every once in awhile to try and figure it out. I have given up and would like some help with it. About 3" in dia. and is mounted on a swivel ball. the whole thing looks to be mounted on a rod and held with thumb screw. The ribbed egde looks like it unscrews and would maybe hole a glass or mirror. The markings on the ring are P.M. Co. R-112-R.
