    This is a Oil Lamp with Chicken on top, I don't know anything about this item, but it's unusual. If anyone can tell me what it is and what it was used for, I would appreciate it.

      Very unusual, especially with the chicken. No marks at all?

      I cannot find any marks on it. When you unscrew the chicken it gives entry to lamp bowl to fill with lamp oil. Seems like it has some age to it.
