Enamel jug like thing with small spout at front bottom and a small bracket for hanging it (on a wall?) at the top back. No idea what it is. Can you help?

It looks like a water bucket hanging on the wall on the top of a sink ( often the shape of a half moon in porcelain as well ) . My grand parents were using that in a small shack in the back of their garden in France .

It is most likely not big enough to have been made to hold water. It would only hold around a litre or two.

I have a very similar pot with the little spout. Live in western nc.

It is called an irrigator, usually rubber tubing is attached to the spout with an end clasp, once used in hospitals or dr office, also for enema.
