      Research leads me to believe it was made around 1950

      This is a c.1956 novelty camera that made 16 pictures on 127 rollfilm. There were quite a number of these made by numerous makers with names such as; Cardinal, Buckeye, Cinex, Photo Champ, Halina Baby, and Empire Baby. Value is roughly $1 - $10.

      I had one of these as a kid and it uses 127 film and the pictures are on the low end of the box cameras of the day but I like it (my grandfather gave me mine). Hardbrake
