    im hoping somebody may give me some information on this sewing machinea, as i cant find it on any sites or any information.it says la reina on the box has mother of pearl inlayson the right under the silver panel it staes trade mark,clemens muller dresden it looks like. on the base is a silver panel saying, A. Jacob y Cia, suc. da Burmeister y Cia, Valparaiso. .working order thanx

      thankyou for this info, does anybody know where the best place to have this valued as there is nothing like this around me. so now i know its a 1890c Clemens Muller "La Reina" Sewing Machine

      Interestingly I just purchased one today that looks exactly like this one and I have come onto the net to find out about it. I paid R150.00 for it in a junk shop in South Africa. Thats aboutUS $22.00 . The Eastern Cape had a strong German settler population around 1860 onwards.
