This is from Goodwill, with $3.99 sticker on it, see back. I do not think this is new painting as frame is nailed at corners. The wood is very nice also and carving is good, I need to find out about the artist, I sure can not read his name. It is 19 1/2" X 15 3/4" really lots of colors! toracat
If you could figure what the initials are, hard to see in your photo but the last word looks like Haiti and are very similar to these paintings!....:-)
