Here are four old beer bottles from Pennsylvania breweries. Curve was brewed by the Altoona Brewing Company, and it's label featured The Pennsylvania Railroad's Horseshoe Curve. Fink's was located in Harrisburg, PA. This elaborate bottle is a real beauty. Hazleton Pilsener was brewed in Hazleton, PA. And the Stegmaier bottle, from Wilkes-Barre can be dated from the mid 50s.
Of these brews, only Stegmaier survives.
I have one of these bottles it is the very first one in the pictures up above. How much would it be worth? I'm new at this so don't understand a whole lot yet.
;)......
I also have about 12 bottles that have white tops on them and I think the word is Gxoisch has anyone heard of that?
Hi, dixierebel girl, it's good to see that you are getting into bottle collecting. That Curve Beer bottle can fetch around 10-12$.
Let me know if you need any help with your collecting questions.
I'm not sure, but the bottles that you mentioned might be Grölsch bottles. They are nice, but there are a lot of them available...
Thanks for the love, dinoman......
Thank you for the love, mustangtony!
Hey, bellin68...thanks for the love!
Hi, Tom...thanks for the love.....
You are very welcome Ted_Straub! =)
Hi do you have stegmaier bottles still?
Hello, dasu.....no, due to a change of residence, I have no more of these. Keep in touch, as I sometimes pick these up at sales......
Hello. I was bottle hunting in Biglersville, Pennsylvania yesterday and I found the Fink's beer bottle. Looks identical to yours. Any idea what year it would be from? Yours looks greener than mine. Mine is clear
Here's mine
