Here is some general information.
I haven't been able to find much about Nichol Kola other than that it was sold by the Nicholson Bottling Company in the mid thirties through around 1940. I can't actually appraise that sign, but I saw one of the same design (don't know about the size of yours but this one was 20x28) sell at auction for $40.00. Take that for what it's worth and best of luck!

Two more sites of interest. Clearly the truth is somewhere in the middle...every website has a variation. Just type in "Nichol Cola" in google.com and have a ball!
That sign is worth about $200.00(USD), and to the right person you may even get about $400.00, depends on the day and the number of people who want the little gem. I would go to a Swap meet, antique collectible show for advertising such as gas and oil or coin operated collectibles. good luck.
