This Bible is in sad,sad shape. It was passed down to me, but I'm not sure if it's German or maybe Danish. My family hales from both countries. I would like to what the wording says on the 2nd page.

Thanks for the information, I believe were on the right track.
I wasnt able to fully translate, but at the top it says "supplied together lips and heart of a faithful soul sacrificed above this complete book contains in itself the new and old songs of Dr. Felig Luther and other enlightened teachers."....further down it says "set up with medlodies"...."a prayer book by Superintendent Dr. Laurent, David Golfhagen, with increased publication..." "....and published by R. Grahmann 1853"
I wasnt able to fill in all the blanks but there is most of it. Cool book!
