I found this one hiding in the cabinet a few days ago. It is considered Elegant Glass of the depression era. This is a blank that is probably often seen decorated with a cutting; at least in the catalog I have the pieces are shown with a number of cutting designs. Imperial called the pattern 'Monticello Ringing Rock' with a line number of 7287 for this particular shape, which is referred to as a center bowl. It is green uranium glass and glows brightly under black light.

Most beautiful!
thanks miKKo
I love this bowl. That's what I thought I had "A beautiful Older bowl tri-footed". Anyway, I want to know if you know anyone who would want several pieces of glass or crystal at no cost. so I am not trying to sell them. I just need the shipping costs. They are not ready to be destroyed and you can choose the pieces you think are worth saving. they have tiny chips, or tell me where to go to do this. I know chips can be fixed.
I think perhaps the best way to re-purpose unwanted glass would be to donate it to Goodwill, Salvation Army or another charity. That way there is the opportunity to use the proceeds for good.
Good Idea, thank you!!
Omgosh...I could gaze at that bowl all day....beautiful
thanks Rhonda. I like the simplicity of this bowl too.
