    I would like to know if anyone out there has any info on this artist. I have aquired this painting and it does look genuine with the signature looking authentic. It was purchased in an auction lot with other paintings and prints. Any info would be great. thanks

      David Pelbam was from Rhode Island. You might want to try the ask art dot com site. I believe he is listed in their database.

      Heres a little information about David Pelbam. Born in 1932,died in 2004,lived in Rhode Island, only painted between 1965 and 1975, has about 4 different painting that were redone many times and every painting is the same man in different cloths and setting.
