An Antique (?) Hand Blown Square Hollow-based Art Glass Compote Urn

I am trying to identify this piece of what I believe is an old piece of hand blown art glass with a 3-piece blown mold base with an applied bottom with small slanted "S's" all around the four sides of the bottom. Any help you can give me would be appreciated! I'm trying to research it now.
