    This Popeye winds up and raises the can of spinach to his mouth. As he "eats" the spinach, he gets taller, then shrinks again as his arms lower.

      Love it! I remember having one when I was young. My guess is around the 60's. Sorry L wouldn't know what value is. However, I have seen popeye toys on ebay you may want to check there.

      He is made of vinyl so I agree the 60's . Here is one in not so good condition that sold . Very nice old toy . Love him

      If you look at bottom of feet is he marked 1967 KFS . I believe KFS is initials for The animated cartoons that" King Features Syndicate" commissioned from several studios in the early '60s, unlike the Famous Studios' films, were aimed primarily at children, done on very limited budgets, and marketed as a direct-to-TV product.
