On July, 28th, 2012, Cameron, West Virginia celebrated it's first ever CAMERON POTTERY DAY. James Mitchell, the curator of the State of West Virginia Museum (seated in first photo, blue shirt and beard) spoke on the history of pottery in the state. He also accepted 40 pieces of Cameron Clay Products pottery to be part of the States permanent collection.
