I took the lamp to a antique show for a lady and no one wanted it. Ihad decided before the show had ended if no one bought it I would. I took it to a local lamp shop for a once over. The lamp is a solid heavy brass with what appears to be hints of copper. The dragon sits on a ball with the tail wrapping down the pole. The between the dragons wings rest a chimney and a globe. In the mouth is a gas fitting. We can only assume that it may have breathed fire at one time. There are no markings that we can find. We have searched the internet and every book that we can come across. We have never seen anything close to the look or style of this lamp.
