Here we have pictured the Lackawanna Railroad's Binghamton, NY, passenger station. These photos are from the 80s.

On the left of the 1st picture is the Erie RR's freight house. Though the Lackawanna terminated in Buffalo, the Erie and The DL&W ran parallel to each other for much of their routes between Buffalo and New York City.

    This photo is looking East.

The 2nd picture gives some detail of this station, while the third is found on one of it's outside walls.

This is a fine piece of architecture that hopefully will survive many more years.

Thank you, Bellin68. I took these photos when I was much younger.....maybe I should retrace the rail line's route from NYC to Buffalo...much of the structures remain, but who knows for how long this will be the case?
