Honest to God this is a true story>> My Dad & I went fishing one day & yes we caught some fish. But one time I was snaged on the bottom & low & behold, I drug in this golf club. Heck I though I had a Big one on the line. I was only about 10 or 12 at the time. I still have the putter as U can see. A Golden Ram made of brass. Handle has a man puttin & say's Pro Only with stars. I don't know if it came from a putt-putt course or not...
But it's a memory I'll never forget..... Happy Snagin! LoL

Looks to be a actual golf club. Not a putt-putt coarse club. Just a guess... but maybe that "Pro Only" is because it was made for professional golfers. Hmmmm? I'll going to look for more info.

here's what I found out... Golden Ram was a manufacturing company in the 1930's, but didn't go into the golf business untill the 60's. They introduced a new line of putters in 1960, and started making irons in 1972. I think your putter is somewhere in that time period. Man! I could be making a living of finding this kinda stuff!

Golden Ram was a company in the 60's and they manufactured golf balls that were later discontinued due to the unfair advantage of using them. They would allow you to hit 50-100 yards further than normal. The company went out of business and I would assume that that putter is very valuable.
