When I was a little fellow, my father and I found this old Dick Tracy Car. Every Sunday we would travel to this small Church and then to my Grandmothers house. My dad and I would go and visit this old dump site that all in the community took and burned their trash and what not. On one Sunday this old car was laying right on top of the trash pile. My father was like a little kid. My dad has since pass away and now its mine. Its dirty, its rusty and its crusty even missing a few parts I spec. But, I love it just the way it is! Thank you for looking
It may be old and crusty, but the story holds a lot of merit. It is one of those stories that puts you in mind of the old saying "One man's trash... Another man's treasure". The bruises and scratches just show that it was someone before you and your Dad, loved and played with it regularly. It has "Character", thanks for sharing this and the story. Kerry
