As almost nothing is known about this camera, I could think of no better way to describe it than to quote its description as written in McKeown's Price Guide to Antique and Classic Cameras (12th Edition, page 149):

"This beautiful little anonymous box camera came in various colors of two-tone cracked finish enamel. We have seen it in blue, yellow, and brown versions, but have never found the name of the maker or model. We would be pleased to hear from any reader with documentation on this distinctive but elusive box camera."

Now they've seen a hot pink version!

It should be noted that James McKeown graciously gave me his permission to use the above quote.
