I couldn't quite figure out what these were when I saw them at the thrift. I figured that it was worth the 95 cent investment. Took me a while to figure out what they are...and it's not as cool as I wanted it to be.
At first I thought they were a plume for a helmet...a knight helmet.
Nope, most likely a marching band plume. Still fun though.
