    This is definitely a piece from the 1950s by California potter Hedi Schoop. i love it! very high quality porcelain clay was used, by the looks of it.

      i think i have the wrong name or spelling of the name. anyone know?

      You spelled Hedi Schoop correctly - I've seen that planter before, is it marked Schoop? Can you add a picture of the base - even if unmarked?
