He flew plane in the Army from 1943-1951, then back for Korea 1953-1967. Wonder what these planes are. Students posssibly i think he was in pilots school in Texas Ft Worth. Flew in WW2, Korea,Vietnam, just found out what he did in Thailand all 4 kids and my mother were with him in Thailand. He few generals around in Thailand before the war in JUSMAG

Great photo. I have a list of pilot students from the 1942 to 1946 who were in Texas, Oklahoma and California. Not sure if the lists includes all pilots, but alot of them were or became bombardiers during WWII.
      Thanks for sharing the photograph.

love this, I can feel the photo, know that sounds strange, but been along the flight-line before and this just has a "Feel" for it, can't explain why, but really am drawn to this.....Thanks for sharing

Great photo. Is that a Halifax on the far right? Difficult to tell from this faraway photo. But if he was in training here, it makes sense. Lancaster pilots were partly trained on Halifaxes in Canada, at least.
