Stunning is right!
I would love to find something like this, beautiful....:-)
Very nice, indeed! The metal work and jointing suggests less of a manufacturing, multiple production origin. Are the electrical sockets original? If so, were they European standard or US? This would be your first major clue as to the country of origin, after which you may be able to whittle down further clues to narrow your search.
BTW - I would classify this as more Art Nouveau than Arts & Crafts. The design features are decidedly Nouveau.
This is likely European, maybe Belgian or German. The style is Jugendstil, which is an Art Nouveau form which started in Germany in the 1890's. The shades may or may not be original, but they are period. Typically, European vaseline glass does not glow, as it did not have uranium in it. Check these ones out:

Sorry cogito : Typically, European vaseline glass does not glow, as it did not have uranium in it.
Most of Europena Vaseline Glass have Uranium inside like Powell and shades produced for WAS Benson .

Awesome find!
Yes, you are correct. James Powell was one of the exceptions, but even he did not use the amount of uranium as American glass companies. With European vaseline it was based on the color of the glass, not uranium as with American. I own both Eupean and Amercan glass, including Powell.
