Silver Plate Candleholders w/Cast 'Classic' Art Nouveau Base~Unmarked

Hello,
This is another recent acquisition. An odd mix of styles, but beautiful.
The candle holder tops look like silver-plate, the base is another metal cast in an Art Nouveau shape/design.
It's hard to believe they're unmarked, but I haven't been able to find any indication of metal or maker.
Any ideas?
