Would appreciate any help with this bowl. What do the characters say and is there a significance to the design which appears to be that of clouds? Thanks very much!

i don,t know what it is , i am probably completely wrong , but i wonder if it is xianfeng or jiaging related, i think it is hell of a piece but you need a far better expert , to difficult for me
watch it again over and over and over and over IMO opinion consistent with a type of late guanlong 1780-1795 or jiaqing is also consistent with the coffeerim, i think the design is rare and io think it is value , you need an better expert but a real good one because this is awfull difficult
surprising that no one loves this and this is rare, could be DAoguang related owners mark or lend for a wedding
