I am trying to find out info about these two pins. I bought both these pins for $4.99 at Goodwill. I found the one with a silver ribbon around the stems had a 925 gd mark on the back. Took it to a local jeweler who tested it and said it was definitely sterling dipped in 22k and the small "rhinestone" was a diamond (probably can't see the diamond in the pic). Other than that, he could not tell me anything about the maker because he is not familiar with vintage.
The other pin recently listed on the internet for $60 by a seller who said it was British but said nothing else about its history. This is definitely costume, but does have a "W" on the back at the bottom of the stem where the base of the pin attachment.
I can't find any images or anything like these online and want to find out who the makers are and a bit of the history. They are beautiful pins and the red metal gives an almost satin look to the flowers and being folded, length much depth - like mini rose sculptures. The ones in the "real" piece w diamond are not glued but look soldered on - the ones in the "British" piece are individually folded roses, then glued into the cup-like base. See backside photos.
