No. Definitely not 1980's - the necklace has a spring clasp which looks like it might be a replacemet, but the bracelet has another type of clasp not used in the 1980's that is original to the set, ...
Thank you for the link to the marks guide - it looks like this is a 1950-60's bear then, along with the butterfly I posted today as well! Good, then I can date them both!
I don't have a great camera - the picture doesn't do it any justice at all! It's more coppery than the picture shows because it catches the light from every direction.
Also, the pin shown has a different signature mark on the back. The signature mark on my butterfly is in a rectangular box marked TRIFARI with a crown. Close though!
