Hello All!
I went to an estate sale in Hyannis Port this morning, this is one of the items that I picked up.
Lovely light color, loads of hand-painted details, with some gold embellishment.
Don't know it's age, but suspect it's old.
It stands about 16 inches high.
Unsigned, but I see a number 3 and a letter, hand written in glaze on the bottom.
I believe this would be called 'Bisque'
May be German, or French
any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated,
Thank You, Tony.
Stunning vintage Bisque or what we call unglazed bisque Parian in dolls . The quality of bisque is certainly that of late 1880's . Beautiful . Could be the work of German company Dresden or a comparable one . If country is not marked on them they are pre law requring the country of origin be stamped on them
