Heinr. Schafer Painting 2 (2 of 2)

Here's more pictures of the Heinr Schafer painting. These are of the back of it, there's the name PULTON written on the white part; POULTON is my grandmother's maiden name, I'd assume it's something that an ancestor of hers bought and had a variant spelling of the name - she has no idea. Also, what do the numbers mean in the middle photo? I'm completely clueless - any help whatsoever will be greatly appreciated!!
We had them both appraised and the guy had never heard of Heinr Schafer, but he said you could probably get $20 out of the frames.
