Here is a mixed bag of old stuff....In the front is a pile of railroad spikes that once held the rails of what is now called The Durango- Silverton Railroad (Co). Next to and behind the spikes is a collection of rock and minerals. There are large pieces of Rose quarts, Mica, Pyrite (Fools gold) Amethyst, Copper, Peacock copper, and some unidentified pieces. To the left of the spikes is an old hanging scale and a cast iron mining tray. In the rear is a grouping of old bottles.
Great stuff that! I got too much stuff too.

Hello. the pan was used in a lab for melting down crushed ore samples when looking for gold etc. You would find these in every assay office lab.
Oh wow, really. That makes it even better!
