Got these ice skates from a junk man who frequents the local dump. Don't know much about them. Does anyone know the value or any information? I've seen similar ones but none with the fancy blades.

In the town of Lunenberg in Nova Scotia beautiful ice skates were made by an unknown blacksmith, possibly from 1890-1920 or older.
The skates have a continuous skating iron at the back that is beautifully decorated. At the front, the skating iron is forged in a curl or leaf motif.

This type of skating is also referred to in Canada as 'Down River Skates' or 'Tail skates'. nice skates...i love them!
