i found this a while back and forgot about it. i'm not a big fan of Miro. Now i'm wondering if this is valuable or not. i've heard that certs of authenticity are meaningless.

Not sure about the certs. I always wondered myself.
Ah, ho2cultcha! This is one for which, if I were you, I'd arrange a professional appraisal. I think that it's fabulous, and might well also be very valuable. It might be vulnerable too, as it looks as if it might not have been framed with acid-free materials. Do I detect some foxing on the back? The bigger auction houses often offer complimentary appraisals for items one walks in. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this service. I don't think you'd regret the time and trouble it took to get the appraisal! You might be kicking yourself later if you let this treasure deteriorate. Sincerely urging the professional appraisal!!! : )
thanks mikkochristmas11. there appears to be foxing - maybe humidity damage at some point - although it's more in the matte, than the picture itself. it's no longer happening though. being a print from an established dealer, it seems like i should be able to find out more about it w/out actually bringing it in for an appraisal. hopefully? thanks for your suggestion!
beautiful:)
thanks sean68.
