I think it's Oriental but not sure. It's pretty Heavy. I would love to know how old it is and where it's from.

something has gone wrong the color is off , and the bottom is rubbed artificially i think and there is no dispersion at all , probably all sort transfer ware imitating a an 1620 teethrow ( border) and floral design
