    Would anybody have any idea what kind of game this is? I think that its made to push pennies or coins to certain areas? Perhaps English? Im wandering if this is some sord of a old Pub game?

      Are those lines etched in the wood? It almost looks like strings in the photo..

      Your board is for a coin game called... Shove Ha'penny...and yes! you are right it is a very old game that was a very game played in pubs.
