My Father has a 1929 Stromberg-Carlson switchboard which is a 1 position drop flap. What would the value of this be. Also has hundreds of phones dating from the 1900 to 1960s.

Alan, Without seen photo's of your father's switchboard and I'm guessing on the value. There are three floor model switchboards on Ebay right now and one is a drop board with the starting price is $488.00. The other boards are lamp boards with starting price of $350.00 and $300.00. Most drop boards were manufactured between 1890's to the 1930's. if you have any photo's of your dad's telephone collection, I would like to see them.
