      Hi,
Your side chair was designed by Kem Weber for Lloyd Mfg. Co. ca. 1937.

There was a second hand store here in Dallas that set out one Saturday morning a full living room set and a dinning room set that was designed by KEM Weber also manufactured by Lloyd that they were selling for $350. I asked them if they knew what they had, and they said it was junk from the 50's, I told them no, it was treasure from the 30's, I told them they could get a fortune for them, but they didn't listen, both sets were gone before noon, evidently someone else knew what they were also, such a steal.
