1910 President Arthur Photo Print

This is a photograph print of US President Chester Alan Arthur from 1910. Usually I wouldn't condone dismantling a book for the pieces, but I purchased this online and I don't know the circumstances. It's in a frame now, with my vintage/antique photos of other historical figures - he has a good home. It came with some other various pages from the book, I didn't read over them (maybe I should).
I don't have any particular feelings for or against President Arthur, I like his facial hair and this photo makes him look very friendly and lovable (Yes, I know that's a strange way to describe a photo).
It's an awkward size, the photo itself (not the paper) is smaller than an 8x10, but larger than a 5x7.
