I do not collect menus, I purchased a bag of misc. paper goods at my local antique mall and all of these were inside. Maybe someone out there can inform me on the value/quality of these menus.
This one is from "Hattem's Air Conditioned Cocktail Room" in Grand Rapids, MI. Maybe I'm not very well traveled, but I've never seen a menu like this, it's very cool!!
