I would post this on the Wehrmacht Awards site (google the name) since there are so many fakes of this medal around. The experts there could probably tell at first glance. Genuine examples have a small "SS" on the ribbon and the jump ring is not round but tear shaped. Your piece also has a large die break which may or may not be a good sign.
